Proper kitchen equipment is necessary if you want to keep variety in your raw food diet. For smoothies and soups you need a good blender and you need a good food processor for sandwich spreads and dips. Fruit juice is consumed by a lot a raw foodies, but since most bottled fruit juice is pasteurized you need a juicer or visit a juice bar. You should purchase a spiral slicer if you want to make pasta, which can convert vegetables into raw noodles. You will also need a dehydrator if you want to make your own breads, crackers, Cacao, vegan diet food like veggie burgers and cereals.

There really are no limits as to what you can create with a raw food diet. You can lose weight, heal your body and increase your energy, look and feel younger all with a raw food diet.
