The Shopping Adventure At The Mall
John looked around at his surroundings again and realized that his wife had managed to sucker him into another shopping trip. The problem was not that he did not like this trips, but that they always seemed to drag on for hours on end and ended up costing more than what he can afford each month on his credit cards. However, it made his wife happy which in turn made him happy. He knew that the list today was short because his wife had plans that she wanted to carry out before the evening so at least the trip was not going to take the hours like normal.
He walked alongside of her with his hand in her hand. However, she started tugging him towards the various stores in the mall that she wanted to go towards. He knew that the trip would be expensive even with the short list because the part of the mall that she was heading towards was clothing.
As she walked into the clothing store she let go of Johns hand and took off running towards the display of pearl izumi shorts. She knew that those shorts were going to look great on her and so did John. However, the problem was she managed to pick the one item that was not on sale. John did not care though because it would be the perfect topper to the perfect day.
When they finished up in the clothing store they headed over towards the bicycle shop. He knew that he was going to find a great deal on the diamondback bikes that him and his wife loved. However, the problem that he was running into is that most of the stores did not carry the exact model that they wanted except for this store.
While he walked into the store his wife quickly caught up to him with her prized shorts in her possession. She looked at the bikes and knew that they would end up buying mountain bike that day. By buying one of those they were going to be able to work out again like they used to when they were first married. So she could tone her figure up some more like she had before the kids.
Walking out of the mall with the bikes wheeling behind them on the over sized cart they knew they made the right choice. However, the cost was a little bit higher than what they planned on spending, but it was going to be cheaper than the gym membership that they had been planning on getting.
Later on that evening while they finished biking around the lake near there home they knew the choice was made properly. The outdoors was great for them and made them have a ravenous appetite. They managed to cure that appetite they built up when they walked into the local restaurant and greeted some friends that never thought they would see them arrive on a bike anymore.
