You first need to ask yourself why you think they are cheating. Were they out late with their friends a couple of times? Did they push off sex? That doesn’t mean that they are out getting it somewhere else. Stuff like this happens during a normal marriage and is nothing to worry about when it happens a few times. When it starts happening more and more often and they start acting like someone else is when you may need to be worried.

Computers and cell phones are one of the biggest areas to be concerned about. If they suddenly have a much higher phone bill caused from excessive texting, you may need to investigate more. Additionally, people who are always watching their instant messenger, email, or networking site may be constantly looking for communication. While someone not being interested in sex every now and then is not a big deal, when they turn it down all the time and are showing no interest in you whatsoever, red lights and whistles should be going off in your head. You may want to start paying a little more attention as to how they dress when they leave the house and exactly how much time they are spending away from home. They very well may be in a full fledges affair and you are going to get caught on the outside looking in.

There are plenty more signs that you may see about your spouse cheating on you. If they’re acting strangely and suddenly working overtime all of the time, be careful.
